Especially in recent years, with the support of the“Belt and Road” initiative, railway transportation and multimodal transportation have become the focus of attention in logistics industry. Meanwhile, TMT has positively experienced the business integration and optimization for several times. My main job content has been changed from chemical logistics into comprehensive multi-modal transportation business such as cold-chain & specialized container logistics and eastbound China Railway Express business. In the past days more than a year, I’ve successfully transferred my role as a full-time mother back to the working mother, and gradually re-adapted to the workplace. I have also gained plenty of new skills and knowledge in daily work. I would very much appreciate for the help given by my leader, team members and the company.
At the time of joining TMT, I was nervous and embarrassed when facing with an industry that I had never contacted before while felt anxious about my 2-year career gap year. Fortunately, the Orientation training of the company helps me quickly briefing the company profile and staff work division. By the on-job-training supported by my team members, I’ve gradually learned the basic knowledge of the railway transportation industry and can complete my tasks independently step by step. TMT also offers various skill training for us, including the intensive business training for new recruits, on-job skill training, PPT presentation skills training etc., which would enhance our working capabilities comprehensively. The company also supports the staff to take physical exercises, I personally participate in the company badminton team.
Thanks to TMT, with this working opportunity I was able to successfully return to the workplace with a harmonious and cordial atmosphere, I can fully utilize my skill of foreign language to realize the personal value. I look forward to do my part in the oversea development plan of the company in future.
