The customer is a global leader in information and communication technology solutions. In this letter, our customer has fully affirmed TMT overall performance covering the good sense of customer service, the professionalism on logistics, the control of resources and the team coordination of TMT.

In the recent transportation project, Shanghai Tieyang (TMT), as a long-term partner of transportation service, has only 10 days of transit time due to the urgent transportation needs from the client. Timely delivery of goods is of extreme importance to both shipper and consignee. Under the dual demands of cost reduction and efficiency increase, TMT KA team adopted the full-course truck transportation mode for this batch of goods disregarding the high transport cost. We took the customers’ needs as ours and actively coordinated the trucks in domestic transport part, formulated the most efficient transit route and meanwhile locked the cranes in Urumqi and Kazakhstan in advance, and finally delivered the cargos to Almaty/ Kazakhstan safely. The total transit time was 8 days compared with 13 days as the original schedule, which greatly improved the cargo delivery. The competitiveness of the transit time and proposal cost provides favorable support for the customers to win the market share and reduce the cost of air transportation in their follow-up business.
